The 3-Point Scan Protocol

Our custom ERP systems enforce mandatory scan checkpoints:

  • Inbound Goods Receipt (GRN): Raw materials are scanned upon vendor delivery, immediately generating unique internal serial barcode labels.
  • Production Line Requisition: Stock is digitally transferred to the shop floor only when scanned by authorized production supervisors.
  • Outbound Dispatch Verification: Packers scan goods before box sealing. If an item does not match the invoice, the system sounds an audible alert and blocks shipping label generation.
