- Free Replacement for Transit Damage or Defect: If your physical NFC Smart Card, Google Review Standee, or Business Growth Kit arrives physically damaged, cracked, or non-functional due to courier handling, we provide a 100% Free Replacement. Please inform our support team on WhatsApp (+91 98318 10122) or email within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing photo/video.
- Custom-Printed Items: Because NFC cards, standees, and growth kits are custom printed with your unique business logo and pre-programmed with your business links, order cancellations after printing begins cannot be accepted for refund.
2. Digital Software & Software License Keys
- Digital software licenses (such as Bulk Business WhatsApp Sender, JD Extractor, Google Extractor) and web panels are non-tangible irrevocable goods once activated.
- Our technical team provides complete installation and live video demonstration support. If our technical team is unable to resolve an installation failure on a compatible Windows PC, a full refund or credit will be evaluated.
3. IT Development & Web Services
- For website designing, custom ERP development, and mobile app projects, milestone-based payments apply.
- Initial discovery deposits cover architectural design and wireframing. Cancellations initiated prior to development kick-off are subject to deduction of actual design effort spent.
4. Refund Processing Window
