- Free delivery applies to standard pin codes across India via partner courier services.
4. Custom IT & Development Milestones
- Custom software, ERP systems, and web applications are delivered according to agreed milestones and signed service scopes.
- Client delays in providing content, credentials, or review approvals may extend project delivery timelines.
5. Invoicing & Taxes
- All products and services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) with compliant GST invoices under GSTIN: 20ELRPP3367M1ZH.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal or Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
